Marcy Trueheart is a Modern Proverbs 31 Woman, bestselling author, mental health and gun violence prevention advocate, podcaster, affirmation installer, creative, and community servant whose life reflects faith, healing, purpose, and transformation. She co-hosts the Thursday Therapy Podcast, a space for courageous conversations that break mental health stigma, and Elevated H.E.R. (Healing • Elevating • Repositioning), a platform empowering women to heal, rediscover themselves, and step boldly into their next chapter. Her debut album Birthright Alignment, available now across all music platforms, blends healing, self-discovery, empowerment, and ancestral connection through sound. Why this moment.
My purpose behind this album is to put my words into action—to honor my ancestors, celebrate sisterhood, express my love for my grandson, and honor the healing process. This project gave me the opportunity to turn my experiences, emotions, and spiritual connections into music. Every song carries a piece of my heart, honoring those who came before me while pouring love into those who will come after me.
My Why Behind the Album
My why is legacy. The words, energy, and love poured into this project carry something that can live beyond my lifetime. Honoring my ancestors is a huge part of who I am. As I stand on their shoulders, I want future generations to be able to stand on mine.
Through this album, I am leaving a legacy of love, joy, peace, healing, and service to my community. I want my grandson and generations to come to hear these songs and know who I was, what I believed, and how deeply I loved. Through my obedience to God and my connection with the universe, I believe I am planting seeds of blessings that will continue to bloom for generations.
